I am a Master of Counselling student dedicated to supporting survivors of intra-familial childhood sexual abuse. Trauma can deeply shape how we live and relate, often leaving us feeling stuck. My goal is to walk alongside you in healing, recovery, and growth.
I offer a collaborative, person-centred, trauma-informed approach that fosters reflection, self-discovery, and resilience. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal Theory, I tailor therapy to your unique needs.
